Began rendering that poster for my son today. I’ve set myself a deadline for it. I really want to finish it before his birthday this month, so yeah, I’m gonna have to put in some heavy nightshifts! He’ll be super stunned though! Worth it!

Small update: I’ve managed to finish on time, and have sent it to the good folks at Casanta, for a nice pro print.
And here’s the sketching progress again. Went through a few sketches and adjustments along the progress, to get the details right. Also, allot of the details really first comes through when color, light, and shadow is added.
I’m slowly reaching the end of the shading progress, and can send it off to the printpeople. Size will be 61 x 91 cm. Vectors are great!
